Since June 1997, the year of our foundation, our ambition has been to become a reference entrepreneurial reality in the international panorama about the design and production of fixing systems, based on a 100% Italian identity, on the development of innovative products and on a culture linked to certified quality.
We have a laboratory of over 500 sqm equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for dimensional, mechanical, metallurgical, accelerated corrosion and calorimetric scanning tests. In the same laboratory, systems have been developed for the simulation of static, dynamic and seismic loads (in collaboration with the University of Politecnico Milano), necessary for the purposes of characterization tests of anchors for use in cracked concrete and in seismic areas, preparatory to obtain European Certifications.
Our history has been built on the development of business management standards consistently focused on quality.
We have developed strict procedures related to the production and marketing of company products based on the MQC (Manufacturing Quality Control).
These procedures provide for quality control over the entire production chain (from raw material to semi-finished and final product) through systematic sampling of production batches subjected to severe quality controls in Tecfi laboratories (dimensional, mechanical, metallurgical, corrosion and calorimetric scanning). Only after overcoming these controls, the product is authorised for the commercialisation. Strict quality control procedures combined with the bar code (code 128) on all our packages, guarantee the end customer the timely traceability of the finished product and all its components. The adoption of an MQC management system guarantees our customers that they have a Tecfi product with high quality standards guaranteed over time (the characteristics of the product do not change from one purchase to another). All this is combined with a culture of business development always aimed at maximum environmental responsibility.
This journey began in 2001 with the achievement of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ certification, continued in 2004 with ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ environmental certification, and today finds a structured and comprehensive expression in the ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ, another significant step in our path of responsible growth. As part of the company's growth and strengthening plan, we are developing an important investment plan in the production area: in April 2024, work began to double the surface area of the current production site in Pastorano (CE) with the construction of a plant that will provide an additional 7,000 square metres by June 2026 for the expansion of the production capacity of the screws and bolts forging, plastic and R&D laboratories.
The product portfolio in the Tecfi catalogue consists of approximately 9,000 references divided into 14 sections, capable of satisfying the different requirements for fixing systems needed both for civil and industrial works and for professional use.
The range and transversal nature of the sections in our product catalogue is one of our considerable strengths, so much so that many customers choose us as their single-source supplier in the fixing systems segment.
Training: The presence in our product catalogue of state-of-the-art technical solutions in the world of fixings leads to the need to provide our customers with theoretical and practical technical training sessions. Training is carried out at Tecfi's headquarters or directly at the customer's premises, through in-depth theoretical discussions on fixing technology and new regulations, and through demonstrations of correct installations for the various types of fixing.ย In addition, on the youtube.com/@tecfifixingsystems page, we have made available to our customers a channel dedicated to video tutorials presenting the technical features, usage functions and advantages of our products.
On-site visits: we make available to companies engineering support for on-site interventions in order to help the end user in cases of particular technical design and/or construction complexity. Logistics management has always been a strong point of the company, with over 8,000 square metres dedicated to warehousing. It has a storage capacity of over 20,000 pallets capable of handling a stock of 7 months for Tecfi manufactured articles and over 13 months for those produced by our partners.
This warehouse stock management allows a fulfilment rate in 2023 of 97% of the order lines received.
These high-performance levels are complemented by an effective management of shipments, capable of guaranteeing delivery in Italy within 24/48 hours and abroad within 48/96 hours from receipt of the order.
